Who in the north insures jap imports?

 

Very much depends on your age, claim history make/model of motor etc. If you are talking Jap import scoobies WRX or STI, which I assume you are, then you probably have 3 choices: Endsleigh, Admiral/Elephant (both owned by the same company) or Quinn. All are in yellow pages and you will have to ring around. In any event expect to pay through the nose unless you are in the motor trade and can arrange a dealers policy. You can try other sources but in my experience none of the smaller brokers over here will touch them.
