A mail from a 555 member regarding events in the near future.

At this moment I can tell you something more about other events. According to the last "Nieuwsflits" (Newsflash) which I translated (more or less) for you as follows:

First there will be a meeting at a dealer (Herman Dekkers) at Hoek van Holland. This event will take place at September 23rd. The dealer invited the club to celebrate its 12,5-year dealership of Subaru. Time: 14.00 h; adress Zekkenweg 8 Hoek van Holland. There will be something to eat and to drink and other activities will be provided too, but are still a secret (so tells us the dealer in his invitation).

Next event is on October 1st. This is the "Toertocht Zuiderzee" a nice trip up and around some stages of de famous "Zuiderzeeraly's" (Southseerally's) from various years. Some of these stages are connected to one trip of 120 km in the three provinces Flevoland, Friesland en Overijssel. In the description of the route will be describesd exactly which parts were a stage of the Southseerally. A big part of the trip will guide you over small roads where your steering-wheel will not be a lot in the middle. A trip which needs a lot of steering and gear-shifting.
When: October 1st, from 11.00h.;
Where: Van der Valk Restaurant in Emmeloord (road A6, turn 15);
What: Trip, according to normal road regulations;
Start: from 12.00h, alone or in small groupes;
Finish: same location, and afterwards chat, eat of whatever people want to do.
