I am organising a trip to the 'ring for March/April time next year and was wondering if anybody would be interested.

Basically myself and some friends are looking to go as 1st timers and make a bit of a break of it. The plan is to drive over on a Wednesday and return on the Sunday.

I guess that we will have two, maybe 3, sessions on the track and spend the rest of the time site seeing/relaxing etc.

I dont think that this is a trip for the more hardcore racers amongst us but should be fun never the less.

At the mo everything is non committal but nearer the time and once numbers are confirmed we will be organising crossings, hotels, track passes etc. Thats when the cash will change hands !!

Currently we have a good mix of vehicles ranging from my STI8 PPP to a Clio 172, a pair of E30 M3's, a couple of Stylus kits, Honda CBR 600 R, BMW 1100, Triumph Daytona, Ducati 999, and possibly a Freelander !!

If you are interested or want more details, drop me an email and i'll keep you clued up on the updates.

Cheers.

This might well fall together with the usual Easter outing. A bit early to come up with IMHO.

Easter 2004 now please

Jason from down the road here. Totally unrelated to this thread, but it's the East Sussex meet this Saturday if you fancy going.

I'll be setting of around 13:00ish. Normally get back home around 19:00, so it's a good afternoon out. Drop me an e-mail or pop round one evening this week .... I'm in from 18:45.

OMG a blast from the past Rich R "Rubberey" how the hell are you.. I dont have the scooby anymore mate .

This is my new ride http://www.itr-dc5.co.uk/gallery/gallery.aspx?user=Mark

So you going to the ring at easter .. it should be a wicked laugh..

Ralf when I organised it one year I used Bike2Track and found them very very good, they sorted out the ferry (train), hotel room the lot.. each person just had to call up and pay by C.C. and job done..

James Harvey goes there a fair bit so not sure who he uses..
