Happy New Year !

I've taken an action to arrange a trip to the Nürburgring / Nordschleife for Scottish SIDC folks and friends (Elises etc). This'll be in the Spring (March or April).

It'd be good if this coincided with a trip that others were planning.

In due course, I'll ask a similar question via the Ringers mailing list but nevertheless, I'd like to hear if any Scoobynet peeps already have plans.

BTW, I note that there are no details of planned 2003 trips on Ben Lovejoy's site yet.

John Felstead - would you mind if I emailed you with a few questions about trips to the ring ?

I've already got tunnel tickets for the following dates; 17 April, 2 May, 23 May.

Hopefully see you there, mine's the slow black Skoda

 

Im taking a Honda contingement of around 15 over in June or July.

The confirmed ring calender isnt up yet.

 

I will hopefully be weighing down the slow black skoda for one of the dates......

Hopefully John F will be there as well so I can try to sweet talk him into a ride as well.....

I was under the impresion that 17/04/03 was the Easter weekend (busy / camper vans etc) so I was going to avoid it.

Wuss! Its the only time there ain't any bikes, what is best is if it is wet til about 1 or 2 then dry for the rest of the day.

Numptie, yes, Easter can be busy. Better bet is the May bank holidays. The only reason I'm going Easter is that I get 5 days there, with minimal time off work. OK, I may only get 20 laps per day instead of 30 but I'm a Ring junkie
