would it be plug and play or would there be more involved?

Well I want to change my earlier style dash to the later type that you have there, and when I asked about it the vents at the top sit different to the cup holder style dash, the side panels are different on your dash to the earlier one, its not just a case of swapping them over, as I thought it was
