Default Where to buy interior trim?

Hi all,

Hope you can help!

I've got an '04 blobeye and I'm looking to source a replacement for the portion of the centre console through which the gearstick protrudes, the same piece of trim that also houses the ashtray.

I've tried a few breakers but not having very much luck - can these be ordered new from anywhere?

Thanks in advance for your advice!!

UPDATE: found a couple of US based websites that seem to have all the goodies.

www.autopartspeople.com

and

www.ezsubaruparts.com

If anyone knows of a UK equivalent to these sorts of places, please share!

thanks

I've never had any problems sourcing trim parts off ebay, or scrappers.

Remember a lot of cars listed for breaking will have these parts, but won't be listed up on EBay/classifieds etc

Just a quick note on this..the US websites I listed above are no good and I would not recommend them.
Autopartspeople don't ship internationally, even though they say they do.
Another one mysubarupartsstore.com took my CC details and then just never replied to any emails or enquiries as to order status.
Getting the parts from a dealer in the UK is significantly more expensive, but at least you know what you are dealing with.
Re breaking...I tried a couple of breakers and they didn't seem prepared to send just the one small item of trim, it was whole console or nothing, still cheaper than buying new I suppose!!

hey Dave, yeah tried them, and they can get the part, I just resent paying more than twice what they pay in the US. Still, I suppose we just have to deal with that right?!?!

If you can find what you want at Motorhog, Doncaster, I'll go and get it for you and parcel it off to you if you Paypal me the cash for the bit and the parcel. I'll treat you to the fuel there and back.
