Seat Mounts - Classic/Newage
Looking for some advice re fitting aftermarket seats to a GC8. I've ordered a cobra seat mount (O/S/F), but the rear mounting point (to transmission tunnel) was well out, and made out of 5mm steel so no way to bend it! 
I've seen a lot of you have fitted aftermarket seats - so have you simply reused your old seat runners? Does anyone know if the newage model seat sub-frames fit the classic?

Newage and classic seat frames are inter-changeable iirc
Try fitting it with the seat attached and get a mate to sit in it. I did this on my last car and got everything to bolt up fine
