silly question but how and what would i use to tuck cables around the windscreen?

in this case i want to run an ipod cable as discreetly as possible from the centre console (i hate my head unit's front usb port, grrr!) and i guess it goes under the steering rack so its out of sight, around the side and up the a-pillar to drivers side sun visor.

it must be possible as the guy who installed my bluetooth mic has run the mic's cable to in the centre.

 

The A-pillar trim can be removed, it needs the trim right at the top of the scuttle off, then it should pull free.
