As title, has anyone done a full classic facelift dash conversion? Including instruments?
Bolt in - bolt out stuff I can do, more the electrical side of things with the clocks that I'm looking for pointers with.
I can just extend wiring for hazard lights, mirror switch etc so that's not an issue.
Mines a JDM car, so will be using a JDM instrument cluster. When I buy one.

Micky, I'm sure it can be done but its got to be a right royal pita! Just to give you an idea how different the wiring is; I wanted facelift indicator stalks on mine (indicator and wipers the right way round) but the wiring is COMPLETELY different (even colour codes are different!)
Just stick with your pre-facelift dash

Nah, I've got a plan, Trev.
Whether it's a sensible one or not is a different thing though.
Re-loom it all, or partial loom, I'm not sure. I like the indicators being the wrong way round also, so would be keeping it all Jap spec.

Good luck and take your time as its going to be complex
