I saw some STI seats on Pistonheads recently that I really like the look of, but they sold before I could get involved. They were the same shape as my classic 555 ones but were completely black with just a small red STI logo stitched into them. Anyone know what model these came out of so I can start the search for a set for myself?

The pics are not clear but WR1 seats are two tone dark and light grey with red logo....

Sellers always seem to find someone who will pay, S202 and other jap limited seats go for silly money LOL

Ridiculous price? Nah, not really, not given their rarity and that equivalent seats from a classic are now even rarer, especially in good nick.

 

Fair enough alcazar, I really wasn't sure what they're worth and it seemed really high but as they're such a rare style then fair play to the seller

Mine has a set of STI6 seats, the ones with grey alcantara and red inserts, and since I have a red car, a good match.

Picked up for £250 from Grade A about three years ago, sold my old ones for £150, so a good deal.

 

I've got the '555' v3 black and grey with red shoulders. I like them.... but I don't know whether they suit my white car with gold wheels

Seriously, only you can answer that. If you don't like 'em, change 'em.

 

Wheels will be changing soon so that might solve the problem!
