morning all. Ive a really annoying buzz in my gear lever, my dealer told me "they all do it" is this true? if so are there any cures it really lets the car down, its mainly on a trailing throttle in higher gears and full blasts in third alittel tap to the lever can somtimes stop it???

fivepint, definitely not normal me thinks... i've never experienced it anyway. It might be something very slightly out of alignment, I would remove the leather shroud and poke around a little - might be as easy as fitting a damping lug or something
