You wont need pics. Very easy.
From memory there are 2 screws that need removing, one next to the inside door handle and then one underneath a cover which you need to remove . Then gently pull the card in sections untill all of the clips have popped apart.
This was on a Type R, cant imagine any model or year is much different.

Dependant on MY but a 99/00 has 3 screws.
Lift up the lightswitch (from the front of the unit NOT the back or you'll break the lug) then disconnect the wiring block.
On the front cards only remove the plastic triangle near the mirrors.
Flick the square screw cover off.
You should have 3 screws visable - One behind the cover, one where the light switch was and one in the center of the door handle.
Its also best to remove the door handle surround.
Once everthuings undone simply pop the card around the bottom edge and sides then lift to remove.
Phew... Took longer to type than it does to do

From memory, you DON'T touch the big screw visible in the centre of the door HANDLE, but there is a smaller one near the door PULL.
You also need to prise out the window switches and the surround to the door handle.
Once you've got all the clip along the bottom undone, you LIFT the door card off a rail at the top, and then it comes away.
