front seat help please 97 classic

Default front seat help please 97 classic

ive got normal uk turbo buckets in my car, have bought a sti interior

there is a plug to the seat belt, what worries me is the fact that i may hav to disconnect the battery whilst doing this job?
can someone tell me how to go about it as i can replace em easy, just wana be on the safe side with this airbag situation.

If it`s air bag re-lated then disconnect the battery for sure. Wait approx 5 minutes and then start work.

Well, that`s what I do with my golf when removing the seats.

Didn`t think the classic seats had air bags though....
