i have a 2006 wagon r sport just wonderd how easy is it to change the gear ****. and can you get the gater to look flush?

and is there any pic of some nice ones fitted

Couldn't be easier.
Unscrew current one, screw on new one.
Job done.
The Prodrive ones are particularly nice IMHO
