before i remove to try find a rattle id like some idea how to remove it

IIRC...

Start at the bottom and gently pop the plugs that hold it in place.
Unscrew the door grip and the internal screws.
Use a thin screw driver to GENTLY release the clips around the handle surround.
Remove surround and door card should lift up nice and easy.

Hardest bit is releasing the clips from the surround
