It MAY be a straight swap, Subaru are unlikely to make two looms. Is the dash top the same shape? I assume both use an electronic speedo?
The mileage will be from the donor car, but again, it MAY be possible to take both sets of instruments apart and fit the mileometer from yours into the new. You'll not know unless you look.
