Look UNDER the steering column shroud, there are three screws, remove these.

The shroud now comes apart and can be released, ease the rubber bit off over the igition switch, the rest just lifts off.

Now look closely at the wiper switch, it's held in place with IIRC two screws. Undo these and remove, and the switch lifts out of it's place.
Undo the connection to the wiring loom.

Replacement is the reverse of removal, as the say

The whole thing takes under half an hour.
