Has anybody found anything to cover/mask scratches caused when removing the stereo? Already on car when I bought it but would like to make good if poss.

 

I am sure I have seen loads of dressup parts on the web that would replace the surround... Carbon, Silver and Wood effect as I recall just not sure where I saw them.

Carbon look one from the us at $24, or try a scrap yard...

 

Yeah, as Muerde suggests, there would be lots of facias/surrounds available for most cars and near all aftermarket stereos.

I know how ya feel, especially if your eyes are drawn to the scratches more so than the stereo itself! Good luck with it bud!
