How to remove window-winders on a MY95 Type RA?
I've read all the FAQ's for removing door cards, but I can't find anything on how to remove the manual window winders 
I'm guessing the centre cap pops off, but mine aren't moving and I don't want to force it. Anyone got any ideas?
