Default Newage Rear Seat Removal

Can anyone advise how to remove rear seat in MY06. Guessing it will be same in older models.

I have done a search but no sucess finding anything.

you need to take the bottem part out first there is two bolts just 2ich below the bottom of the seat, thats all that holds that down, then you should see 4 bolts holding the back part of the seat, take them out then slid the back part of the seat up and then you should be ok.

Hopefully will get away with just the bottom part being removed to run cables.

They are very easy to remove, BUT be carefull of your paintwork as you remove as they do tend to flop about, and if your on your own could catch paint

its just 2 12mm headed bolts

simple to take out

Not at all.

Appreciate the advise. Last Sunday I put my car in the garage and shut the garage door straight down onto the spoiler on my new 06 Sti. Got a nice scratch in the middle of it now so dont want anymore unecessary damage.
