Help - Pedal Set

Sorry but being a bit thick here.
Have a Sparco pedal set. Did not realise pedals needs to be drilled when I bought it. Looking at the car the bolt locations seem to be right on the pedal stalks?
Any help anyone.

PS and don't say move the pedal set a bit.
