Gearstick gaitor replacement?

Hi,
Getting really cheesed off with the *quality* rubber gaitor in my MY96 (pre-facelift model).
Can anyone inform me as to where I can get a replacement that doesn't need too much work on it? Either from another car/later Impreza or an aftermarket dealer?
