I've put details on how to fit a set of autometer gauges on my site if you're interested.

It's a fairly simple operation...

Excellent little site Chiark, nice one.
You'll be hearing from my solicitor though, as I am no longer officially 'insane'!!!

Cheers Stef, I've just added a link to your old original topic and your page on Scoobynet so people can see the difference between ultralite and phantom along with GGR pods and Subaru pods. The subaru pod does integrate better in some ways, but the GGR pod follows the same "curve" theme as the dash surround. Both look good, IMHO.

Looking at that old topic, Shaun could be a prophet

Only other changes are to add a disclaimer - "you break it, it's your problem not mine" as we live in a strange world...

I'll add some better pictures taken in daylight as that should stop the glare from the flash wiping details out.

By the way, when did you give up being insane? I still remember that top picture of CK1 standing on tip-toes with glowing brakes...

Question

Chiark,

How long did it take for your Autometers to come through?

I've heard reports of people waiting months for them to appear.

Do Scoobymania keep them in stock or are they supplied to order?

Ade.
I bought my gauges direct from the sole UK importers (Real Steel) who had them all in stock.

I put a reply in the General section. Just spoke to scoobymania who sold the last boost gauge a few minutes ago, but they're normally stock items that don't take long to arrive, especially seeing as Real Steel have them. RS phone number is on the site.

chiark, the site is great however I have a burning question. Does anybody know if it is possible to fit the triple gauge pod in a scooby that does not have the little cd holder, or whatever it is? I have a my94 type RA which I would love to fit gauges in.
