Question Gear **** and gater (HELP)

Hi EveryOne...am new to the Site:-

I have just purchased a 1997 Subaru...Great Car!

I wanted to replace the existing Gear **** with a Momo,
and
the existing Gater (sorround just under the gear ****)

Does any one know where i can get a nice replacement gater that will replace the existing one with any modifications.

Thanks for any help...

Thumbs up Gear ****

Have you bought a gear ****?

Got a Momo 5 speed C1010SE000 available. Usually £50 - half price?

In a box.

Replaced mine with a red one, dirt cheap in leather from local car shop:, about £10

Unpicked the stitching at the bottom to allow it to sit, and spread better, inserted it under the original fixings under the centre console, and awy I went.
30 minutes work, tops.

I quite like the look of this etched surround

The only trouble is that my car still has the rubber gaitor, and i dont think that the lip on the edge of this surround would go over rubber lip of the gaitor
I dont really want to go to the bother of changing the gaitor as well.

Do you think it would fit with the standard rubber gaitor ?
