Which hole have you people used to feed the wires for gauges on classic Scoobies? I've found one near the downpipe, but the heat might be a problem, so looking for another convenient place to feed them through. Any pics would also be appreciated. Thanks

There's an oval (sort of) hole with a blanking grommet on the passenger side of classic cars. I think it's for aircon?
Mine popped out very easily, had a cross cut in the centre, and popped back in with all wiring in place just as easily, no probs with heat.
