Does anyone know if you can get a steering wheel that has a quick release function?
I would love to park the car at night and take the wheel with me, lets see the tea leaves handle that one!

Could be embarrassing if the air bag went off whilst you were carrying into the pub

just remember that if ur car is fitted with an airbag, when / if u add one of these snap off steering thing's the wheel u replace it with MUST have an air bag or ur insurance company will NOT cover you as ur are removing a in built saftey feature of the car and boy do they not like that......

Jim, what year is your car?
You can get snap-off compatible bosses for cars up to MY96.
Good luck

Jim-Snap-off removable boss kits + steering wheels have been available for years, they are widely available.
Have a look
