Fitting Defis

I'm getting a set of Defis and centre dash pod delivered on Monday and would like an indication of difficulty to fit to an MY01 Scoob.
The gauges are boost, Oil temp & Oil pressure (electronic), and they are to replace the clock console on the dash board.
I'm far from a technician but neither am I completely useless (contrary to what my wife would have you believe
)
Any advice gratefully received,
