Question

Sorry if this has been asked a lot already. I did a search but couldn't find specific enough info - probably just me, but...

As per subject. MY98 UK.

The main dash is fine apart from it is in darkenss from 0-60~

I presume it is just a bulb gone but have no idea what kind of bulb is required, where I can get a replacement from, or how the dash comes apart.

Please help.

Matt

Matt

Had the same problem with a my 1997 car.

The bulbs can blow and those that are still working develop a black coating on the glass over a period of time.

I had the main "pod" bulbs replaced a few months ago and the transformation is excellent.

Bulbs used were 501 bulbs @ £1.50 each.

While you are on why not change the colour? Have a look at this thread for an idea.
