Has anybody used this pod? Please post pictures if you did.

It's for 52mm gauges, but the picture on the web is too small to tell how it looks. It seems to have a carbon fibre effect.

Its available in carbon fibre or black fibre glass plastic. As you say its a straight replacement for the centre pod where the clock is and is available for either 52mm or 60mm gauges.

I've ordered one for my MY02 Sti from Vivid Racing based in Arizona. I'll let you know what its like when I receive it.

Thumbs down

Please note that Omori's PODs are not of great quality. I've seen some both for the old style and the new WRX. They just don't fit... (they're bent and too big) The fiberglass version (so the non-carbon ones) are in a light grey, and need to be painted before fitting.

If you need such a pod, ask JW Racing instead. Or go for the original DEFI ones

Just my 2c worth

Thanks. Looking at the picture I thought that it doesn't fit as well as Defi's pod.

I have another picture of the pod but its saved on my pc at home. Will upload that later tonight when I'm home.

I think these pods have only just become available as I did a search last month for a pod to take three 52mm gauges and drew a blank.

On Monday I mailed Vivid Racing who said they have them in stock and my credit card has now been debited so hopefully will get mine soon.
