On my blob the trim pulls off and the stereo is bolted in behind.

Could you get a sheet of alluminim or carbon fibre for extra horse power (jokes) slightly larger then double din size and use some silicone sealant to stick it to the back of the trim?

Cool, I was thinking about doing away with my stereo, and saw some carbon door cards to do away with the speakers as well. So was wondering what sort of gauges to set up in place. Toucan looks like a good idea.

If you paint it red it adds even more unicorns!
