I feel your pain - one of mine is a personal van.
I followed one insurance company directions a couple of years back to get the non business truck insured but I'm still convinced they sold me Business cover. They changed the way in which they quote on their site now and how it's worded in their Q&As...this will now probably mess with my NCB going forward
