Default Import insurance

Hi members,

I know I am probably repeating a previous thread so sorry!!

Has anyone insured an import WRX with no details on logbook as just an Impreza??

If so have you had to claim and how did the claim go?

Thanks M.

It's a very common thing, so most specialist insurers will be aware of this.

The are also aware that some Impreza WRX's are GL's on the logbook, at that some people try to insure them as GL's. Hence if you have an Impreza insured as a GL you'll get an insurance rep out to inspect the car if you have a claim.... they aren't silly!

Mine only has Subaru on the log book, no model.

So it's insured as a Justy.
