Small Changes At Keith Michaels
Hi folks
First off, let me apologise to people who haven't been able to get through to me, or haven't had call backs.
I fully appreciate it must be frustrating, so we've put a few measures in place to make it easier to get through (hopefully)
The biggest help will be a new phone system, which should go live in a few weeks.
I am also getting a bit of help to ease my workload, so i can concentrate on new quotes and helping existing customers more.
Fingers crossed this will help people get hold of me, and for me to be able to help more.
Over the last few months i've been testing new schemes, training new staff, and getting involved in the advertising/marketing side of things.
Hopefully, these are now all sorted, and i can concentrate on getting back on the phones more.
I would ask a few favours though....
If you have received a letter from us about payments or outstanding paperwork, please contact our admin or accounts department, who have sent the letters out.
Currently lots of people get a letter from these departments, but ring up and ask for me. I don't mind helping at all, but often you'll spend 10 minutes waiting to speak to me, for me to just have to pass a message onto them.
For payments ask for Neil or Andy, and for paperwork ask for Carrie or Nikki.
Also, a big issue is my voicemail.
I will always try to get back to anyone who leaves a message on there, but please bare in mind if you do leave a message it may take some time for me to get back to you.
I'd hope with the new changes i can get back to people quicker, but please remember there a few changes going on, and there may be some teething problems.

Glad to see you're getting more support Gary.
You've been almost single handedly dealing with Scoobynet customers for years now, so hopefully this will allow you to spend more time on the areas that your own specialist insight can make a difference
