Don't know about more groups but was paying £1000 a year for my type ra '97 about a year ago with me 21 driving under two years and my other half 23 driving six years and now they want well over £2000 for a less powerful model!! Insurance is crazy shouldn't it go on experience of cars rather than age sex no claims....? Other things need to be taken into consideration. Our wagons the latest car we've had out of six in two years so I've had more 'experience' than most new drivers and all have been big engine cars but this has no effect on the price. Just a rip off in my eyes!
