Hi all,

Just wanted to offer some public praise for Gary at K.M.

I had an accident back in August that unfortunately wrote off my beloved Classic, the insurance company were really dragging their heels and Gary stayed on their case on my behalf, has sorted out a great policy for my new Scooby, which will allow me to realise my ambition of having a proper "built" Impreza without having to pay a sky high premium cover and arranged a courtesy car for me whilst my car is with APi. He is always efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with and speak to.

He made a distressing situation that bit less unpleasant for me and I'm most grateful for this efforts.

Thats really good to know, well done guys. Although I wasnt able to get a quote this year there is always next year and feedback like this is helpful when looking for insurers.
