Default Thanks FROM A-Plan! :-)

Morning,

Just a quick message to say a big thank you to all of you that have tried us for your new business quotations, we have had a really good response from Scoobynet and we continue to better our schemes because of the people that are trying us, and coming on board with us.

Also, a big thank you to our existing customers. I appreciate we are not always the cheapest, but we are grateful for the amount of you that renew and continue to keep your cars, vans and homes with us.

We will continue to provide the very best in customer service, and we now have a dedicated high performance team waiting to deal with your enquiries.

Thanks again, and we look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Regards

Chris Clacy

An insurance company 'thanking YOU'........what a novel idea!

That's the first time this has happened.......

Yeah have to agree. You weren't the cheapest, but you helped me to avoid making a potential school boy error when I was considering moving to Swinton ! Decided to stick with A-Plan in the end and I am glad I did !

And as much as i dont want to disrespect other companies 'recommended' on here i have had no replies from certain people or any kind of call back. A Plan and adrianflux have been very very helpfull, thanks to you.

If you are not happy with your price feel free to ring me to discuss

To accuse a company of ripping you off and leading you down the garden path is a bit much without taking all details into account.

there have been a lot of scheme changes so sometimes we get the odd one or two that fall outside of the criteria. This is why we always urge you to call us, most of the time we can just update the details, and put you with somebody else.

i don't have a direct number but we are only a small office so you can just ask for me by name and you'll get put straight through.

Regards

Chris

I am a member of this Forum and UK Legacy Forum. I am much more of a reader than a contributor and have picked up some really useful info on both forums. I do find the above rather amusing as my insurance renewal quote with you has gone up by 35% this year with no change in circumstance or criteria.

It isn't just us, the whole insurance market is going up! Give us a call here and we can update the details, it may be cheaper to put you with another insurance company this year.

I've got a good policy running on my scooby thanks to Matt Maguire from A Plan... its never easy gettin a good price for insurance when you have the sort of driving history I have lol, but Matt sorted it out for me

Also as of this Sat my brother will have his 1st ever scooby and he's well excited... it was only possible by Matt sorting him out with a very good quote (also considering his not so great driving history), so a big thanks to Matt and A Plan

ps: Excess Protect is

i once was insured by you guys, once i had a NONE fault accident you still stripped me for all my no claims and quoted 3,000 to insure my new car untill the accident had been settled, stating that once i had my no claims back you would "review the price" The other guy was prosicuted and had 11 points put on his lience for the accident. never had a call or letter or even my NCB returned. May be you should spend more time dealing with customers needs than trying to imporve the image of your company by a thank you thread.

Did u insure your vehicle after insuring with us? Sometimes claims do take a while to close off due to third parties being involved. If you have any issues with this, please feel free to call me directly and I will resolve with matter with you personally, rather than over Scoobynet.

chris, do I need to ask for you or can I speak to anyone in your office?

Been with a-plan for a number of years with both my cars and the quote i've just had for my forester was to say the least quite alarming. 127% up!
