I recently received a renewal quote from Keith Michaels (KM) for my modified Subaru. At the same time I received a renewal for my other car. So I thought I might contact KM and see if they could do a quote for both cars.

I phoned Keith Michaels and left several messages with Gary Moulson's voice mail. Left a PM on scoobynet for him to call me, but none of the messages have been returned.

I'm rather disapointed with KM and Gary for their lack of customer care. I mean in these days of economic woe, companies would be desperate to take repeat business, especially from a low risk like myself, full no claims bonus on both cars, no accidents or convictions.

So another company has now got my business.

I will be honest, if you leave a voicemail it can sometimes be a problem.

I am on the phone pretty much solid from 9-6, and get approx 30 voicemails left per day, they i simply don't get a change to reply to. I'd rather have the voicemail switched off, but apparently that isn't an option.

Most people do manage to get through, so i assume you must have just been unlucky.

 

To be honest if i cant get through i leave him a mail with the car reg and ask for it to be coverd asap,Im sure there is many many people calling him in a single day he is human and to be honest can only be on 1 phone,Saying that my insurance up soon so im going to get a few differnt quotes to make sure he is the man,Even if i get a cheaper quote bye say £100 i will still stay with him as the service he provides me are worth more than the £100 saving...

You do need to persevere when trying to contact Gary, you do need to do the running about aswell, but he does get the good quotes IMO, and has insured two of my cars. Its worth it IMO.

Wouldn't go anywhere else has all 4 of are cars and very happy
