car insurance
got my renewal throught the post from elephant today and its 2700 thats 100 pounds less than last year i drive an sti type r with out and mods declared.adrian flux quoted me 3800 the best i had was 2000 pounds from direct line and thats not declairing mods and i have to fit a tracker to be insured and i havent told them anything about my claim 2 and half years ago. ive emailed green light and swinton and micheal kigleys any one else i should give a ring.
im 26 with 2 years no claims had a claim when my car was stolen over 3 years ago i got paid 2k by the insurance comapany, never been flashed or convicted held my license for 5 years now.
is there such a thing as tracker and cat one alarm with intel start??? and what prices can i expect to pay???

First off, punctuation is your friend!
Secondly, don't do it dodgy. Not worth it.
Thrid, since you have a few years expereince, call Gary at Keith Michaels (no on here) should be able to help.
Failing that i had to get a tracker when i got the car. Got a good deal (fitted 150 all in) and it saved me £400 on the insurance so i was £250 up afterwards.
Once i'd had the car for a year insurance with Keith Michaels was a lot less and they don't need a tracker.

That seems like a terrible price for a 26 yr old to be paying, even considering it's a Type R. You must have a high risk post code, or something else that you havn't mentioned.

i cant remmember as it was a few weeks ago, i got told to try them agin via scoobynet member going for 400. so i called again this morning at 9.30 just waiting for gary to get back to me.

spoke to gary at keith micheals very helpfull great customer service and so eager to do business managed to insure my saxo vts with them. as for my scooby it was out of A plan and keith micheals Lee at A plan top bloke knows his fairshare about cars he managed to slightly beat off keith micheals qoute by 95 pounds.
