I am, and wondered if anyone had been unfortunate enough to have to claim on their policy. If so how well was the claim handled?
A friend is looking for insurance for her car, and I wanted some feedback on them, befre recommending them.

 

I was insured with bell direct last year and i neaver clamed on my policy but when some one ran into me they couldnt help me enough, hope that helps you OLLY
