Overall threads indicate this is unusual...

Sorry if we've been a bit slow at getting back to you.

I promise that we are doing the best we can...at present we have 3 of us just actioning quotes...and this last week has just gone...well lets just say I had in excess of 50!!! emails yesterday requesting quotes
