Thought I'd share the results of the annual "minimise the premium" survey.

Axa Direct £711
Barclays £1,700
Bell Direct £759
Churchill £676
Eagle Star £990
Elephant £757
Greenlight £800
NFU Mutual £839
Schofield Ins £797(Despite Rums valiant efforts)
Tesco £697(Original quote included £45 of breakdown cover!)

Churchill looks favorite at the moment, would appreciate any other suggestions. (Getting a Fiat 126 or 2CV isn't an option !)
As much as I loathe paying it, if someone offered me £676 to cover them destroying themselves / others / theirs & others property I'd struggle to accept it.
