Guys,

Whats the deal with business insurance.

For example, 99% of the time I travel from home to work.
Sometimes, and I mean sometimes like maybe once or twice a month I may need to go see a customer at their premises.

Do I really need business insurance in this case?
Its not like i'm a sales rep constantly driving all the time.

Officially you do still need business insurance for trips like that one. Where I work they have now started a scheme where if you can prove how much extra you have to pay to be convered for business they will pay the difference. This is to cover people like yourself that would never be able to claim back enough on petrol to cover it.
