does anyone know an insurance who can ensure a car on chassis number and not number plates?

i'm looking for an insurance of this type for get a third party insurance for offshore plates reg.

i live in switzerland and try to found a way to register an STi version 4. but for this i need a third party insurance and after i can get an offshore reg.

anyone know something about this??

A-plan insured the spec'C' before SVA test for me no trouble...

 

My Spec C is currently insured under the chassis number by Gary Moulson aka Keith Michaels until i finally get the full registration number

 

Aplan also insured mine on the chassis number

 

I am told "More Than" will do it.
