Angry A plan cheap quotes crap service

At the moment im insured with a plan with my sti 03 with mods no probs at this time as i have not needed there sevices. Cancelled my wifes premium when i sold her car 4 weeks ago payed the premium in full now its been 4 weeks yes a month and 4 phone calls still no sign of my refund and this is after 4 sepertae phone calls i am loosing interest on my money and have to keep using my phone to call them im not happy what can i do......

If some one from a plan can pm me with a valid exsplanation i would be gratfull.....

Call the Thacham number, and ask to talk to a supervisor about an existing issue regarding a cancelled policy, and how to contact the insurance ombadsman.

Many thanks had a call today they said cheque will be in the post but hey they been saying that now for 3-4 weeks ?

You also need to check your policy very carefully with these people..... they had me on limited mileage and with a tracker device.... which I didnt have! - but will they ever change the certificate - not after calling them - they promise but never deliver

I'll definately not be insuring with these people come renewal even it means I pay £100 more on the insurnace - I'd rather deal with a professional outfit
