Big thanks to Claire who really helped me out today 
A-Plan needed my no claims confirmation and Tescos was messing me about as they arent interested once you've left them. Initially other staff at A-Plan said i needed this letter but time had been and gone and i was sweating as i needed to tax my car today so i rang and spoke to Claire, gave her my Tescos policy number and ding dang do jobs a good 'un
It was frustrating for the both of us, as like claire said, if id of been asked for it the first time it would of got sorted.
And to top it off the postman came a second time today and delivered my temporary covernote later this afternoon!! so off i popped to the post office to part with my hard earned cash for 6 months
