Hi all was wondering if anyone has bought a euro import impreza from the likes of motorpoint or all brands new those sort of places i know the cars are full UK spec but when it comes to insurance what do you tell your insurance? Import or UK spec?

if you do a quote on elephant.co.uk then you have the option of

i) uk car
ii) uk spec import
iii) import

elephant are generally the best for quotes and they let you modifie a bit aswell.

Elephant is who im with i told the lady on the phone that the car came under WRX 300 and was uk spec`d but was from europe and she put it down as a uk car quoted me 600 extra to insure till end of july 2006 a thought that was good im only 20 wi 2 years no claims.
