Hello guys im new so please be kind. Im a 22 year old guy from Accrington in Lancashire. I've been offered a 1995 Subaru Legacy estate 2.2 GL 4WD.

I've got 3 points since Sept'02 and have 1 year NCB.
So how much would you say for TPFT

 

I reckon somewhere around the grand mark
