pros & cons of...
a few people have suggested this....
me - 21 - 3ncb want 05 wrx
mother - 51 - full protected ncb got 05 mitsu colt 1.1 red
put her colt in my name with her as a named driver...
put my wrx in her name with me as a named driver...
equals we both keep our ncb because we both have policys and works out a lot cheaper for me to insure a new wrx at 21?
right???????? input needed...

need to be careful with that, if you are driving the scoob more then you become the main driver - then if you are not down as the main driver all sorts of nasty **** could happen, technically its fraud and could invalidate your insurance.
Dont want to rain on your parade, insurance is a con, and every year I get boned for it, but at the end of the day we all have to pay it.
My reccommendation, if you can afford the car and get insurance in your name, go for it.
If you can afford the car but cant afford the insurance, dont get it, **** I know but wait a couple of years for insurance to become more realistic and then go for it.
Sorry, probably wasnt the answer you wanted.
