Can insure 'Heavily modified' but not just an ecu swap?
why is it that so called 'performance insurers' who are well known and cater for the odd and strange , say they can do insurance of heavily modified cars, but cannot provide insurance and a UK car with an a change of ECU ?
its really anoying me.
what do other people say for their ECU replacements ? just a hike in power or 'chip' ??
