could anyone give me a ballpark figure for insurance on a 1999 citroen saxo westcoast 1.4 for a 19 year old new driver?

every online quote i've ever tried, either didnt work or quote rediculous prices, as i said i'm only asking a ballpoint figure

it's gonna depend on where you live. in london you're gonna be looking at somewhere in the region of £2k.

In Belfast you'll be looking at anywhere between 1k and 10k, depending on who you speak to, so that's your ballpark.
